Under The Sun – David Paton

Under The Sun – David Paton

I always intended to write another album after "Fellow Man" and the David Paton & Friends album "The Studio Diary", knowing where to start was the problem. The first song written for the album was "Under the sun". it's also the first song I've ever written about a health scare. I like to think it sounds like a happy song that we can all relate to. Whether we suffer a cold or a heart attack, the sentiment of the sonsg is the same "but I want to have fun and I want to have freedom and I want to lay out in the sun". Basically what I'm saying is: we want our life back as it was, the freedom to do all the things that give pleasure.
